AUTHORITIES in the South Korean island of Jeju are suing a mom and daughter for not making prior declarations of having Covid-19 symptoms earlier than their journey there.
A report in CNN, quoting native officers mentioned the daughter had returned from Boston on March 15 and was instructed to self-quarantine for two-weeks.
However, she defied the quarantine orders and travelled to Jeju along with her mom on March 20.
Although the daughter began exhibiting flu-like symptoms on March 21, they each stayed in Jeju for 4 extra days. Both examined optimistic for Covid-19.
